Learn from others successes

09 Jan

The best way to learn how to do something is to watch, listen and observe someone who is successful at what they do.

Think of someone in your company who is an exceptional sales person.

  • What do they do that makes them successful?
  • How do they engage their audience?
  • Listen to the way they talk to people.
  • Notice the body language they use with others.
  • Ask them how they remain motivated to achieve their targets.

A great recruiter will be able to tell you their story to success and help you to avoid the pitfalls and take on board the tips to big billings. They may also be happy to mentor you if you ask.

I go into more depth about this in the ‘7 key tips to being a top recruiter’ free ebooklet available to download at http://www.firebirdtraining.com/Pages/default.aspx
